By late 2003, iWay Prime was installed on a dedicated server located in the Hunter Lodge facilities, allowing Hunter Lodge full control of data and information, without requiring any dependence upon hosting services or third parties. After being installed on the server, iWay Prime became Hunter Lodge’s workflow management system as well as the Print Provider’s commercial web site, allowing direct and simultaneous communication between Hunter Lodge and veteran as well as new customers.

About the Parkheath Estates

Parkheath Estates is an independent realty agency operating from four offices in Northwest London and one office in Rickmansworth. Parkheath Estates handles the sales of properties ranging in price from £100,000 to £5,000,000. The marketing includes mail campaigns, newsletters and online advertisements. Full color datasheets are produced and sent via postal mail or e-Mailed to registered applicants.

Production was characterized by the slow performance of the workflow. The transfer of data was, in general, carried out manually: Parkheath sent Word documents and images through the e-Mail as attachments and Hunter Lodge prepared the printed product.

The result of such a workflow was a great deal of effort in communication throughout the process as well as numerable errors and misprints.
