Pinhas Romik became General Manager of Pageflex in March 2011. He has extensive experience in marketing electronic products and services in the U.S., Europe and the Far East.
He is active in the Polish market as a Vice-President of the Israel-Poland Chamber of Commerce, as a member of two important Polish economic forums, and managing several Polish green energy projects in agriculture, solar energy, and bio-energy. Additionally, Mr. Romik serves as a Director in two Israeli start-ups (communications and LED lighting technology).
Prior to entering the graphic arts and green energy industries, Mr. Romik amassed 20 years of experience in the manufacturing, logistics & TQM methods for the electronic industry; electronic technologies; microelectronics; electrooptics; Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems; Ballistic Missiles Defense; military communications systems; and consumer radio technologies.
In 1992, Mr. Romik founded RDC Communications, which became a worldwide leader in wireless data communications, selling its products in over 20 countries. At RDC he served in various management positions, including President & CEO, and Executive Director. RDC Communications was profitably sold in 1999 to Marconi Communications of the U.K.
From 1974 to 1992 Mr. Romik worked at various engineering and management positions for Tadiran Electronics Industries, then the largest Israeli electronic company. At his last position at Tadiran, Mr. Romik was General Manager of its Communications Systems Division, designing, manufacturing and selling military and civilian communications and computer equipment.
A world-known bridge player, Mr. Romik has played bridge since the age of nine. By the age of 19 Mr. Romik had already played for the Polish National Team, and has since played many times for the Israeli National Team, four times holding the title of European runner-up, and World Champion runner-up. Over the years Mr. Romik has won many prestigious bridge tournaments, including North America Bridge Championship and European Bridge Championship in seniors’ category.
Mr. Romik’s passion for bridge led him to found e-bridge Inc., which became the largest bridge tournament site on the Internet. In 2004 Duplicate Inc. was sold to Worldwinner Inc., of Boston, the largest online site for pay-to-play-and-win-prizes games of skill. He then started Duplicate Inc., a site to play poker in patented innovative ways that increase the factor of skill and decrease the factor of chance.
Mr. Romik has a B.Sc. degree in Physics from Tel Aviv University.

Elly Perets spent 17 years in sales operations formation, development and management for a variety of products and technologies, including consumer goods, components, and technology-based products. Mr. Perets has a strong background in the establishment of worldwide sales forces, distribution channels, alliances and partnerships in the graphics industry.
Prior to joining Pageflex, Mr. Perets held the position of Project Director at the Goldratt Group, expanding and implementing the Sales & Marketing application of the Theory of Constraints (TOC). Before that, Mr. Perets was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Press-sense Ltd., the company that developed and marketed what is now Pageflex iWay.
Mr. Perets holds a Law degree (L.L.B) and a Business degree from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzlia, Israel, as well as a Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E.) from University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, Wharton business school and School of Engineering & Applied Science.

Costas Kitsos has led Pageflex's Research & Development team since its inception in 1997. He also serves as Vice President of Engineering for Bitstream.
Mr. Kitsos is a veteran software developer with over twenty years' experience in type, publishing, and web application development.
Before joining Bitstream, Mr. Kitsos independently developed award-winning type applications for Ares Software Corp. until it was acquired by Adobe Systems Inc. in 1996. In addition, he provided consulting services on application development and graphical user interfaces.
Mr. Kitsos holds a Master’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

James Dore has served as Pageflex’s ( Marlborough Software Development Holdings Inc.’s) Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since its separation from Bitstream Inc. and had been Bitstream’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2003. From June 1999 to March 2003, he served as Bitstream’s Corporate Controller.
Mr. Dore has over 20 years of service in various senior financial positions.
Prior to joining Bitstream and Marlborough Software Development Inc., Mr. Dore served as Corporate Controller at Celerity Solutions Inc. a developer and marketer of supply chain and warehouse management business software from January 1997 to June 1999. He also served as Celerity’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from April 1999 to June 1999.
Mr. Dore is a C.P.A. and holds a B.S. degree, with distinction, from Clarkson University.
